I’ve been where you are now.

I followed a path that was laid out for me by society. It was linear, ‘safe’, predictable, and what I thought was right. It wasn’t until I was halfway down the path that I realised it wasn’t for me. I wasn’t fulfilled, challenged or inspired. I wasn’t making a difference, and most importantly – I wasn’t spending my time in a way that felt meaningful to me.

So I took a leap and made a change. I left my corporate role to become a certified mindfulness coach & mind-body practitioner. At first, I was seeking a greater connection to self – but what I discovered was a deeply fulfilling way to help others become the best version of themselves.

That’s when Own Your Mind  with Lisa-Marie was born. Now, I’m bringing almost 10 years of experience in the meditation and mindfulness space to where it’s needed most – human beings undergoing growth, challenge or change. Using a variety of transformative mind-body techniques, I work with you to create calm and improve clarity, creativity, and productivity in the workplace and beyond.
