“If you can change your mind, you can change your life.”
- Wayne Dyer

Mindfulness, meditation and mind-body strategies have the power to truly transform you, and elevate your life. Whether you’re going through personal growth or change, wanting to improve your focus and performance or decrease stress – harnessing your mind is the most potent way to not only survive – but truly thrive.

I’d love to work with you.
Here’s how I can help you harness your mind.

01.

One-on-one sessions

Whether you’re facing a big decision, experiencing a particularly turbulent time in your life, looking to heal old wounds or simply become a better version of yourself – my one-on-one sessions are a great place to start. The one-hour sessions take place in my clinic, online, at your place of work or study… They will be tailored to your unique needs and can be bought individually or as a package if you are looking for deep transformation.

Ideal for: People of all ages undergoing stages of uncertainty, growth or change – or anyone simply looking to dial up their sense of self-awareness and exceed old limits

02.

Corporate coaching

With competing deadlines, demanding hours and high-stake decisions, the corporate world can be a stressful place – especially if you’re in a leadership role. Whether you’re a C-suite executive or in a senior management position, my corporate coaching sessions are designed to help you navigate this territory with ease. Using a tailored combination of mindset and meditation techniques, I can help decrease stress, improve decision-making and ultimately optimise performance.

Ideal for: C-Suite and senior executives navigating high stress or high pressure situations, or managers looking to take the next step in their career.

03.

Workplace team workshops

As humans, we go further when we go together, and this is particularly true in the workplace. Whether your team is undergoing growth, change or restructure, working on a particularly stressful project or simply in need of some additional support and development – my workplace workshops can help. After a combination of individual and group-focused techniques, your team will come away feeling refreshed, clear-minded, driven and equipped with the mental tools to succeed.

Ideal for: Teams of 3 – 30+  looking to improve their cohesiveness, relationships and performance. Also appropriate for team-building or company days as a personal development tool.

04.

School mindfulness workshops

We spend many of our most crucial developmental years at school. From the primary years right through to senior, school can be a stressful time for our youth. I strongly believe the best thing we can do for students is equip them with the tools to manage stress and build resilience as they go out into the big world. This is what my workshops are designed to do. The mindfulness sessions can be tailored to any class size, year level and priority to help children manage stress, improve focus and boost overall wellbeing.

Ideal for: Cohorts of 5 – 30+ from grade one through to seniors who are facing change, development, exam pressures and discovering who they are.

Want to learn more about my practices?

I incorporate a number of mindfulness, meditation and mind-body techniques into my sessions to help you harness the power of your mind.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the art of being truly present and aware of everything that is available to us in each passing moment. If you find that you are easily distracted, struggling to stay focused at work or present during quality time with loved ones, mindfulness can be a transformative skill to develop. If mindfulness is something you need to work on, my sessions may involve breathing exercises, guided meditations, tips on how to journal - and much more.

Meditation

Meditation can be used to improve focus and concentration, decrease stress, connect to inner wisdom, boost creativity, increase self awareness, enhance emotional well-being and even strengthen relationships. There are many different meditation techniques, and the right one for you will depend on your personal goals, preferences, and experience level. Depending on your needs, our session may involve a number of meditation techniques including mindfulness meditation, body scan meditation, breath awareness meditation, walking meditation - or more!

Mind-body strategies

Mind-body strategies are techniques that help you cultivate or reignite the connection between your mind and body, to improve physical and mental health. Common mind-body strategies include progressive muscle relaxation, meditation, guided imagery, breathing techniques, yoga and tai chi. Implementing mind-body techniques during our session can help enhance the benefits of the practice.

Here are some ways we may incorporate mind-body strategies into our sessions: - Guided imagery to help promote relaxation and reduce stress. You can listen to guided imagery by me, or we can create your own visualisation script. - Breath awareness to help focus on your breathing during the meditation practice. This helps to calm your mind and relax your body. - Body scanning to scan your body for any areas of tension or discomfort. We then focus on releasing the tension in those areas by breathing techniques and visualisation. These strategies can be used in isolation or combined with other treatments to bolster your sense of wellbeing. Some techniques may not be suitable for everyone, so in each session I take the time to uncover what your unique needs are.
