About Me

I’m Lisa-Marie Iermano.
I’m a certified Mindfulness Coach & Mind-Body practitioner with 10 years of experience in the meditation and mindfulness space.

I’m also a human – just like you – who has experienced love, loss, stress, hopes, dreams, disappointments and everything in between. I have extensive experience in the corporate sector as an Executive Assistant, helping C-suite leaders optimise their performance.

And now, I’m combining my areas of expertise to create calm and improve clarity, creativity and productivity in the workplace
